  • *网站公布价格货币单位为澳大利亚元,均包含税。

    All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) (including GST).

    *客人提供的个人资料须确保正确无误,错误的资料可能导致订单被取消,或订单无效而不会得到退款。
    Please make sure that all information given is correct . Please be aware that any incorrect information could lead to the cancellation or invalidation of your order. No refund would be applicable in this case.

    *请准时到达集合地点,如果旅客迟到,将被视为自愿放弃预订并不获任何退款。
    Please make sure to present yourself to the meeting place on the scheduled time. Anyone who could not make it to the meeting place on time will be considered as leaving the group at their own will with no refund. Ensure to meet all tour schedule time, if one, partial or all members could not make it to the designated meeting place, their participation will be considered void. No refunds will be applicable.

    *待客人的定金或全款到账后才会开始正式预订,故须客人尽快安排好付款时间和方式以便早预订和安排而不错过预订机会。
    We will not process your order until we receive the payment with the correct amount from you. In this case, we advise you to arrange your payment schedule and method at your earliest convenience for us to make the booking and to facilitate your travel. Orders will not be processed unless all payments with the correct amount have been received by us. Please be advised to organise your payment schedule and method at your earliest convenience for us to facilitate your travel.

    *敬请客人务必核对旅游行程明细,并确保所有预定的产品准确无误,您需要自己承担任何因阁下的疏失而产生的费用及损失。
    Please make sure all details in your travel itinerary are correct. We will not be responsible for any extra (additional) fare or loss caused by the negligence of the client.

    *建议购买旅游保险。发生任何由于团友自身原因,不可抗拒的自然因素或其他突发事件,行程均不将获取消,退款或赔偿,请自行与保险公司联系。

    Travel insurances are strongly recommended. We will not refund or compensate for any consequences caused by clients’ personal reasons, irresistible natural forces and other unexpected occurrences.

    *旅行服务供应商有权要求他们认为无理或损害其他旅客利益的客人退出活动,并不承担任何责任。客人与同行旅客须对您及同行旅客造成的所有破坏损失负全责。
    Our local operators reserve the right to request those clients who do not properly behave or who has posed a threat to any other travellers during the trip to leave the travel group. No refund would be applicable in this case.

    *行程日期如没有成行, 会于客人出发前一周通知, 可作全额退费. 对于需要最后退款的客人,会在行程结束后退款。

    If the itinerary date does not take place, the guest will be notified one week before departure, and a full refund can be made.Those clients who need a refund for any of their cancelled or modified tours, We will process all refunds after the trip.

      • 以信用卡付款的预订,退款时手续费不获退还。
        Credit card surcharge will not be refunded under any circumstances.
      • 一旦 下订单并成功付款,包括酒店和机票的行程,将不能取消或随意更改,随义更改或取消行程的预订都有可能不获任何退款。
        对不包住宿和机票的行程,比如单订门票、活动或一日游,在有特别条款的情况下不能作任何取消或更改。在没有特别条款的情况下取消或更改行程按以下条款处理:
        *  旅游日前21-15天以前取消并办理退款者,收取全额之50%至100%手续费。
        *  旅游日前14-8天以内取消并办理退款者,收取全额之80%至100% 手续费。
        *  旅游日前7天以内取消,或于旅游开始日或开始后不参加者,收取全额之100%手续费,没有退款。
      • 对于需要先支付定金预订的行程,一旦确认,定金将不获退款,客人需按时交付余额。如未能按时交付余额,行程将自动取消并且定金不退。
        Deposit charged for booking of the tour will not be refunded  to the client once the trip has been confirmed. The tour will also be cancelled automatically with no refund applicable if the client does not pay for the rest of the price of the tour on time.
      • 任何直接与供应商如航空公司,酒店或其他联系取消预订是无效的,均须通过GOLD OCEAN TOURISM 进行,否则将无法从GOLD OCEAN TUORISM退款。
        All refund or variation requests of the original tour package shall be processed through us. Those requests via operators such as airlines and hotels will not be considered as effective, and no refund will be applicable.
      • GOLD OCEAN TOURSIM保留行程临时更改及取消的解释权:行程过程中由于突发的临时变故,也会尽力完成原定行程,但也可能更改(如客人已参考行程, 不予退款),取消行程内容及次序,并可能介绍客人参加其他行程并需客人补差价。
        We reserve the right to explain the tours changed or cancelled at short notice. Although We has the responsibility to spend every effort completing the original  tour plan, variation or cancellation of the tour may still occur, in which case We will recommend other tours as substitution for the clients. Possible price difference will be charged.
      • 预订更改通知会使用客人提供的联络方式。但由于客人自身不及时查看手机,电邮或提供错误的联络方式等原因没有得到通知而造成错过行程等损失均不将获取消,退款或赔偿,并与GOLD OCEAN TOURSIM 无涉。
        GOLD OCEAN TOURSIM has the responsibility to contact the client via the contact details provided once the tour itinerary needs to be changed. However, We will not process a refund or any compensation for any loss caused by clients not responding to the messages, phone calls and emails, or caused by wrong contact details filled in by the clients themselves.
      • 不包含免费同行儿童的餐饮费。如果没有座位,免费儿童必须全程坐在同行成人的膝盖上。
        Children travelling with adults on free fare will not be provided with meals. The child (usually under 4-year-old) shall sit on the accompanying adult’s lap if there is no seat available on the airplane.
      • 对于有建议导游服务小费的行程,小费不包括在团费中。如果导游在服务过程中没有不当,客人需按照小费的额度要求付给导游。
        For tours with tips not including in the tour package price, clients shall tip the tour guide with the proper amount as long as the tour guide does not behave improperly.
      • 旅游套餐中的船票,门票预订等由于船公司及景点公司因为其自身原因无法提供服务,会有退款,最多以船票,门票等官方正价的七折退回。
        Tours include attraction entry tickets, ferry tickets, bus tickets, etc., if under circumstances where the specific attraction cannot be provided, where refund is applicable these tickets will only be available refunded at 30% of the retail price.
      • 如果客人由于自己本身的原因提出更改或取消机票的请求,需要与 GOLD OCEAN TOURISM书面确认请求,并需承担以下费用及注义以下事项:
        Clients who are willing to cancel or change their flight, shall submit a request of cancellation or variation in written format to us. Fees listed below will be charged:
        *  修改费用$80一位一程每次
        Surcharge from at $80 per person per trip
        *  航空公司方面需收取的费用(以最后确认为准)
        Surcharge form ticketing centre  (needs to confirm with the ticketing centre)
        *  航空公司罚金及补仓费(以航空公司最后确认为准)
        *  更改或取消机票请于出发日期前至少5个工作日与我们取得联系,若因作业时间不充足,航空公司拒绝退票或改签,我们概不负责。
        Any request for refund or cancellation must be notified at least 3 working days before flight departure. We will not be responsible for any refund/date change application sent within 5 working days resulting delays to the refund/change process or leading to no refund/ change at all.
      • 澳洲境内机票不包括行李,出境机票有少部分不包括行李。客人需认真确认行李额度。
        Domestic flights and some international flights do not allocate checked baggage. Clients shall confirm checked baggage quota with us carefully when making any booking.
      •  所有单纯机票的代买服务只停留在机票本身,机票以外比如需要何种签证,如何办理等等需客人自行确认及办理。如果发生代订的航班临时取消或延误的情况,我们不负责承担以此给您带来的其它损失。
        It is responsible for the selling of air tickets only, anything other than the air tickets such as visa application will need to be taken care of by the clients themselves.If a flight is cancelled or delayed, we will not be responsible for any other losses caused to you.
      • 在收到客人的付款后如果酒店被订满,我们将有权提供另一替代的相同标准的酒店,或与客人确认更改酒店级别并在需要时补交相应差价。
        We  will provide a substitution with same or similar standard if the hotel has been fully booked after clients making the payment. We will inform the client of the change of the hotel and price difference if applicable.
      • 如果您预定了酒店,您所支付的费用只是住宿费用(如果有说明,包括早餐)。退房时您还需要支付其他额外费用如餐饮费、电话费、付费电视计费等等。
        Hotel fare includes only the accommodation (buffet break- fast available if indicated). Any other expenses such as meals, telephone bills, pay TV bills, etc. will be charged with the client at check-out.
      • 客人及同行旅客必须遵守酒店所设立的所有规定。
        Clients and any accompanying guests will have to follow all the policies and rules of the hotel.
      • 预订的酒店房型的要求最终以酒店库存现场提供为准。如果客人需要现场升级房型或有其它要求,请自行付费。If guests need to upgrade the room type on site or have other requirements, please pay for it on site.
        The requirements of the booked hotel room type are subject to the on-site availability of the hotel inventory.
      • 酒店房内人数(包括婴儿和儿童)不得超过该房间在网站上规定的人数。如有违反,您将被拒绝入住或被收取额外费用。
        Number of persons staying in one room (including children and infants) shall not exceed the limit of hotel standard, or you will be rejected when checking in or charged an extra cost.
      • 为了涵盖您在居住期间的所有费用,您在入住酒店时将需支付押金或以信用卡作为保证。
        Deposit or credit card guarantee will be requested at check-in to cover all the expenses during stay.
      • 18岁以下儿童不建议单独出发,若达不到行程公司的年龄限制网上付款,本公司将无法退款。
        Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. We can not refund if they child under 18 years purchase tour online.
      • 您委託(GOLD OCEAN TOURISM)担任您的购买代理人。GOLD OCEAN TOURISM 经您授权作为您的代理人,意味着您授权GOLD OCEAN TOURISM 代表您与服务和旅游产品的供应商为您(作为客人)预订和确认所有的旅游行程、航班、酒店住宿。*GOLD OCEAN TOURISM 不是您要求我们代表您预订和确认的服务和旅游产品的供应商。
        You (the client) appoint us (GOLD OCEAN TOURISM ) to act as your agent. GOLD OCEAN TOURISM  is authorised by you to act as your agent, which means you authorise GOLD OCEAN TOURISM to book and confirm all tours, flights, accommodations on your behalf with the services and tour product suppliers for you (the client). GOLD OCEAN TOURISM is not the supplier of the services and tour products that you request us to book and confirm on your behalf.
      • 您允许我们(GOLD OCEAN TOURISM )保留差价(是购买价格减去我们可以与相关服务和产品供应商协商的金额的差价)作为佣金或服务费用。
        You (“the client”) allow us (GOLD OCEAN TOURISM ) to retain, as our commission or fee, the difference between the purchase price and the amount we can negotiate with the relevant service and product suppliers.
      • 如果取消,我们将收取一定的费用,包含预订佣金部分,以及我们代表您和预订的相关服务和产品供应商沟通处理取消工作的人工成本费用。
        In case of any cancellation, the fee that we charge will not exceed the sum of our commission or fee (being the amount we would have received if the booking was not cancelled) and the costs we incur on your behalf as determined by the service and product suppliers in processing the cancellation.
        免责声明Disclaimer:
      •  我方作为仲介代理机构,只负责代游客进行旅游产品预订。As an intermediary agency, we are only responsible for booking tourist products on behalf of tourists.
      • · 我方建议游客购买旅游保险,各旅游景点、酒店和交通公司等旅游产品供应商将直接对旅游产品品质、服务和安全负责。 我方不对所预订产品的任何安全问题负责。We recommend that tourists purchase travel insurance, and suppliers of tourist products such as tourist attractions, hotels and transportation companies will be directly responsible for the quality, service and safety of tourist products. We are not responsible for any safety issues of the products ordered.
      • · 若出现意外情况但未购买保险,我方仅协助处理 .In the event of an accident but without insurance, we will only assist in handling it.
      • · 因旅游产品供应商原因导致的预订被迫取消,我方会退还对应预订的款项但不做额外赔偿。我方会尽量协助游客与旅游产品供应商沟通协商解决方案。· Reservations caused by suppliers of travel products are forced to be cancelled, and we will refund the amount of the corresponding reservation without additional compensation. We will try our best to assist tourists and tourism.

      • 客人签名或电邮回复同意或交付预订款项任何一项都即表示您完全同意此预订条款。
        The Client accepts these terms and conditions by either of:
        1.signing the terms and conditions or; 2.email reply to agree; 3.make payments.
